Ask

Answers from your own history

Ask the way you’d ask a colleague who was in the room. Holotext searches every source at once and shows the passages behind each sentence, so you can check before you trust it.

See how answers work
  • Every claim cited to the email, file or session
  • Knows when things happened, not just what
  • One box decides: a quick answer or an agent on the job
  • Only ever your account, walled off at the database

Lend

Lend your context, not your files

Point a colleague at a project and their agent can ask your history about it. You pick the slice, secrets are stripped before anything leaves, and every read is written down.

See how lending works
  • One project, or everything since June except the client repo
  • Keys and tokens removed, variable names kept
  • Quote-only mode: cited, never paraphrased by a model
  • See who read what, and take it back in one step

Everywhere

On your Mac, your iPhone, and inside Claude Code

Press ⌥Space over anything on your Mac. Browse every source from your iPhone. And any Claude Code session can ask your history mid-task, without you pasting a thing.

  • Agents run in the cloud, so your laptop can sleep
  • Explorer on iPhone browses everything you’ve synced
  • Archive keeps everything you’ve opened

Private by construction

Your history is yours by default. Sharing is a decision you make before anyone asks, and you can take it back.

Walled off at the database

Each account is isolated by tenant and access list in storage, not by a prompt. Anyone asking without a grant gets nothing back.

Secrets don’t travel

Shared passages are scanned as they’re read. Keys and tokens are replaced; the names around them stay, so the context is still useful.

Every read on the record

See who read your context, when, what they asked and what came back. The log never keeps a second copy of your text.

Nothing you work out is lost.

The expensive part of working with someone was never access to their files. It’s the reasoning: why the third approach was dropped, what the client actually meant. That lives in threads and transcripts. Holotext keeps it, so the next person, or the next agent, starts where you stopped.
